For a number of years, I’ve been quite self conscious of terrible looking front teeth.Spencer Rd. dental surgery was recommended to me.Dr Mahmood uses the latest dental implant techniques.The procedure was fully explained and all went to plan.I now have a new and confident smile and am very happy to recommend the surgery to others.

I recently visited this dentist and overall I was very happy with the quality of the work. The treatment itself was done professionally and everything was explained clearly, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring.However, I did find the price quite expensive. I was charged £200 for a filling, which felt a bit higher than I expected.That said, the staff were friendly, the clinic was clean, and the work carried out seems to be of a very good standard. If cost isn’t a concern, the service and treatment quality are definitely good.

I was recommended to Spencer Road Clinic by a friend who had an implant and was very pleasedI had had four implants fitted on a bridge 16 years ago and had lots of cracked dentures as none of the implants were correctly placed. Two front ones were so misplaced ..one also having a screw embedded in implant too they had to come out to prevent further problems with cracked denturesFive implantologists didn't want to tackle such complex problems.Dr Arshad told me he could remove implant with screw in it in five minutes .no anaesthetic either..just freezing gums which was a great relief. He was as good as his wordDr Arshads passion is implants and he has a lot of very expensive tools too making the job easier.I am contemplating having a bridge made that is cemented to abutments .you only need four implants to have this ..and bridge never has to be removed ..not a bad price £12k!Now I know about digital implants ..no abutments needed. Walk out same day with tooth fitted I want one in lower jaw.All the dentists and team at Spencer Road Dental Clinic are friendly helpful and empathetic.I totally recommend Dr Arshad and his team.

I recently used Spencer Road Dental Surgery as I was unable to get an emergency appointment with my own dentist. I came to them in alot of pain and extremely anxious. They made sure I was seen quickly and initial treatment was completed asap. I ended up being referred to a root canal specialist which normally takes a week but given how much pain I was in Dr Saeed was able to get me seen and treated in a few days. I am so grateful to the dentist and the team and will be recommending them to everyone I know. There is nothing worse than severe toothache and they took my pain seriously and did everything they could to help. I will also be making sure they are my new permanent dentist. Thank you so much for everything.

I don’t often leave reviews, however i can’t help myself but give praise to this dental practice. Not only is their communication incredible, but their client care is out of this world. I have had nothing but respect and compassion from the staff and couldn’t recommend this practice enough. Dr Talha Saeed is one of, if not the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Within my treatment I was taken through step by step at a pace I could fully understand and that is all thanks to him and his team. Again I couldn’t say enough to do this place justice. It is a pleasure to be a client.

One of the best experiences at the dentistVery professional and empathetic. From the very beginning of my enquiry via telephone, where the practice manager, Saika Azam explained the whole process to me which helped calm my nerves from the onset. On the day of the appointed Dr Mahmood was very kind and friendly. He made me feel at ease throughout my fast braces treatment. He stopped regularly to give me breaks. Thank you very much for such an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr Talha explained the root canal procedure carefully to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment was done in two sessions and went smoothly. It was not an easy tooth to treat as it is damaged and has deep roots. I was pleased to get two appointments at short notice as I was going on holiday just after the second session. Dr Talha made the new crown while I waited and took care to ensure it fitted well and felt comfortable. I can thorougly recommend this Practice and the whole team here are very helpful.

Wow! What can I say! Perfection from the first interaction. I called looking for advice and support and that's exactly what I received. From my initial conversation with the practice manager Saika to my first appointment with Dr Mahmood and Dr Saeed. Everyone at the surgery was kind and super helpful and the results are amazing.They are very qualified and have skills and experience to make sure you have are happy with your smile, plus they do all this at a reasonable price.Without doubt they are the dentist that you need in your life!

I have been a patient of this dental practice for 3 years and at every appointment I received professional care from Dr. Arshad and the team. I am impressed to experience the up-to-date and new tools used here, from the reception to treatment rooms.Dr. Arshad has excellent patient relationship and truly follows the spirit of "do no harm". I have received a lot of dental care and never felt pressured to do something; the team clearly explains the situation and suggests any preventative/protective action. I have been very pleased with my tooth guard for many years. It was made as small as possible and so is very comfortable to wear each night. I have never missed a night of wearing it and now associate the tooth guard with sleep. The damage that was being done to my teeth through grinding stopped once I started wearing the guard.I am a very satisfied customer.Thank youI have recently had Root Canal work done and a crown fitted over the top of it. The whole experience has been painless and the work carried out is excellent. I feel very lucky to have found a doctor who specialises in dental implants at the Spencer Road Dental Surgery. I was worried about the whole process, however Dr Arshad made me feel reassured with his long history of knowledge in this area. Dr Arshad was very professional, patient, honest and answered all of my questions. I recently went to my normal dentist for a filling and they were also all amazed at the results of my implant. Family and friends have said the implant looks so natural. I had an extraction on my front left tooth and an implant placed on the same day. I also had teeth whitening treatment before my crown was placed. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this dental surgary and will definitely go back in the future for any additional work I need. Thank you Dr Arshad and team.

Excellent ,very thorough and very professional Dental Surgery. Highly recommend for day to day Dental needs and Implants. Doctor Arshad, Saleh and all the pleasant staff are so helpful and cheerful. Implants might sound expensive as compared to the foreign countries but they are well worth it. The surgery is equipped with latest technology. I have really been impressed.(2) last week I went for the follow up appointment after the successful implants. As always I was welcomed by the pleasant staff. I have been going to Dr Mahmood since my previous dentist retired. I am so glad I did, he is very nice, gentle and patient. The practice itself has some great technology my previous private dentist did not have and because of this it made the removal of my tooth much less difficult than it could have been. The implant I had fitted was totally painless, the whole procedure was great and I was fully informed. He also went above and beyond for me to get another crown for an implant done at my previous dentist. In addition to this the dental nurse is also very gentle, I have previously had the suction used quite roughly in my mouth but not here which I really appreciate. Thank you!

Was made very welcome on arrival - lets face it who can honestly say they like the dentist. The dentist is very thorough and I truly feel like he cares about my teeth - would highly recommend this practice and Denplan which allows you to get the service to care for your teeth but pay monthly.

I am so impressed with the care, consideration and skill I experienced recently having a front tooth crowned. I was extremely anxious about the procedure having had painful and uncomfortable experiences in the past. However, Dr Mahmood was very reassuring, explained the stages of treatment and administered an anaesthetic gel prior to the injections which made a huge difference. There was no pain at any stage and I was finally fitted with a crown which looks better than my original tooth. I couldn't be more delighted with the outcome or recommend the practice more highly.

Spencer road dentist surgery is one of the most friendly and reliable dentists I have visited. After hating going to the dentist for years because of past experiences, the dentists and the dental nurses did an amazing job at making you feel safe and welcome. The first appointment was very informative and the dentist described the whole process and answered any questions or worries I had . The surgery went amazingly well and I felt little to no pain during the surgery. The whole time they made sure to check if I was ok and were telling me exactly what was happening which helped calm my nerves. The after care was great, the dentist gave me a helpful guide and instructions on how to make sure the healing surgery was quick and successful. The instruction guide was very helpful and as long as you stick to it the healing time is very quick. I will be coming back to Spencer road as my full time surgery from now on and will be getting regularly check ups. Thankyou to the dentists and the dental nurses for all of there help and care.

Brilliant dentist, repaired a chipped veneer at front of teeth, and it was amazing . Couldn’t tell the difference at all, used a white filling. Very good and experienced in dental implants too. I would highly recommend him and his team for dental work/ surgery.

From being an extremely nervous person who had only seen a dentist twice in ten years, I now actually look forward to going to appointments. This is an exemplary practice, which takes its patients' needs and dental health seriously, as shown in the empathy and kindness of all staff and in the professional expertise of the dentist who explains everything in clear but never patronising terms and clarifies all options. In my 12 months of being a patient, I have always been treated and responded to as an individual - I've also witnessed this as a consistent approach to other patients. It hasn't surprised me that some of these travel from other areas to the surgery, presumably because of the nature of the practice.Knowing my reluctance to see dentists, a friend recommended 8 Spencer Road - aware of the difference the surgery has made to me and the health of my teeth, I would not hesitate to recommend it. Nothing seems too much trouble for this team.

I would like to share my impressions of my visit to Spencer Road Dental Centre.I went very worried due to the fact that I don't speak English well. This has always worried me about visiting specialty establishments. But I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I was greeted at the reception. I was received very kindly. I got the first available review appointment within 3 days. The examination was extremely professional by the doctor. He thoroughly examined the condition of my teeth. He found two more problem teeth besides the one I went for. The problems were fixed on the first review. Everything went very professionally. The doctor was very nice and attentive, he reassured me about my concerns due to my language barrier. I did not experience any pain during the construction of two fillings. The next day I visited the tooth extraction center again. The first pleasant thing I experienced is that the doctor greeted me by a name that is difficult for English speakers to pronounce. Again kind and attentive treatment from the doctor. Everything went painlessly and instructions for the post-operative procedure. Next up is a third final visit to have my teeth cleaned.I want to express my gratitude to the whole team for their good attitude and professionalism. Both dentist and hygienist were so lovely. I took my little boy with me (2YO) as well and all were great with him! The dentist especially made him feel so welcome. Could not recommend enough!
